Robotic loading and unloading solutions are intended to make the process autonomous, without the physical effort of operators. This system makes it possible to have a continuous and stabilized production, being able to work in several shifts uninterruptedly . It is also used in fast feeding machines, heavy parts and repetitive motions.

Therefore, Auttom combines the entire automation ecosystem process involving handling grips, robots, devices around the cell, vision systems, in addition to all automation and integration with machines. The exchange of signals or network integration is performed so that the solution works as a whole, presenting better productivity and final result for the customer.

According to the commercial consultant, Felipe Haupt, the 25 years since its foundation have made the company become a specialist in robotic solutions for loading and unloading machines.

“Over the course of the projects, we have already developed cases in which systems for measuring critical parts dimensions are integrated and the machines are retrofitted”, he recalls.
