The robotic handling cells are intended to improve the daily operation of companies, considering that safety and ergonomics are optimized by robotic processes.
Auttom’s Project Engineer, Eduardo Meirelles, praises the technical staff specialized in vision systems and device integration at Auttom.
“It is possible to integrate these robotic cells with existing machines, in addition to the products, so that we can also adapt the handling robot in already established operations.”
Auttom develops special gripper designs for handling robots. That is, the product can be manipulated from process A to B in several ways. And depending on the concept, the project is especially made for the solution.
“In addition to gains in productivity, safety and ergonomics, it is possible to guarantee traceability and integration of products within the customer’s plant floor”, says the engineer.
